Returns and Exchanges

Wilson's Jewelers exists to satisfy our customers. Merchandise credit or exchange is permitted within 30 days of original purchase. Merchandise credit is valid for one calendar year from the date of the return. A purchase may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date to the original purchaser. The refund will be given in the same tender as the original purchase except in cases of cash payment, which will be refunded by a mailed check. Any item that shows use or wear, or has been altered in any way, including sizing, is automatically ineligible for a refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, in original condition, in its original box, with the receipt and all documentation. Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Special Orders

We regret that special orders are NOT returnable and require a minimum 50% deposit. No refunds or exchanges will be given. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customers request.

Conflict Free Diamonds

The diamonds in all Wilson's Jewelers pieces have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. Wilson's Jewelers hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
